20th Dubai International Food Safety Conference

The Dubai International Food Safety Conference (DIFSC) is the annual food safety congress organised by the Food Safety Department of Dubai Municipality. Running for nearly two decades, it is one of the largest gatherings of its kind, aimed at reducing foodborne illness through international collaboration and the exchange of science, regulation and practical innovation. The 20th edition takes place in Sheikh Rashid Hall at Dubai World Trade Centre.
