About this event

The Research Institute of Ophthalmology (RIO) holds its 20th international conference over two days in January 2027 at the Kempinski Palace Cairo (formerly Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski) in New Cairo. The conference is a long-running fixture of the Egyptian ophthalmology calendar, run with the Alexandria-based organiser RM Events.

Who attends

Ophthalmologists, eye surgeons, researchers and residents from the institute and from university and private eye centres across Egypt, with invited faculty.
