27th Saudi International Colorectal Disease Forum (SICD 2027)

The Saudi International Colorectal Disease Forum is the annual meeting of the Saudi Society of Colon & Rectal Surgery (SSCRS). Its 27th edition comes to Jeddah for the first time and is a joint meeting with the International Society of University Colon and Rectal Surgeons (ISUCRS). The scientific programme centres on innovation and technology in colorectal surgery, with keynote lectures, expert panels, live surgery and pre-forum interactive workshops.

Faculty

Invited international speakers come from Lithuania, Turkey, the UK, France, Canada, Germany, Venezuela, Sweden, Korea and the Gulf, among them Prof. Narimantas Samalavicius, Prof. Dursun Bugra, Prof. Sender Liberman and Prof. Anders Mellgren, alongside a large group of Saudi colorectal surgeons.

Leadership

Dr. Ohoud Alamoudi, SSCRS vice president, chairs the organizing committee, and Prof. Samar Alhomoud is SSCRS president.
