About this event

Interpoma is the only international trade show dedicated exclusively to the world of apples, covering cultivation, storage and marketing. It is held every two years in Bolzano, at the heart of South Tyrol, which is Europe's largest apple-growing region, and pairs the exhibition with an international congress.

Who attends

Interpoma brings together apple growers, cooperatives, marketers, technology suppliers and researchers from around the world, along with international trade journalists.

What's on show

More than 400 leading companies exhibited in 2024, covering the whole apple value chain from cultivation and orchard technology to storage and marketing. The fair's strong regional roots are part of its appeal: South Tyrol alone has some 18,400 hectares of apple orchards.

Interpoma Congress 2026

The international congress runs on 26 and 27 November 2026 and focuses on spraying technology and Latin America. Tickets for the congress are sold separately from fair admission. The supporting programme also includes guided tours, the Interpoma award, themed exhibitions and meetings.
