Food ingredients Europe (Fi Europe) is Informa Markets' global food ingredients exhibition, held in Frankfurt in 2026. It brings food and beverage ingredient suppliers, buyers, R&D experts and production specialists under one roof to source ingredients and technologies, follow market trends and build partnerships. The show has run for more than 35 years and has welcomed over 500,000 people across its history.
