Only employees of current A3 member companies. Non-members can join A3 first to become eligible.

How much does registration cost?

$1,495 for the first registrant and $1,395 for additional registrants from September 14 to November 17, 2026; $1,595 and $1,495 from November 18. Fees include the opening dinner, Tuesday breakfast and lunch, Sports Night and Wednesday breakfast.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation until December 8, 2026; after that a $250 fee applies, and there are no refunds after January 4, 2027. Substitutions are allowed at any time.

About This Event

A3 Business Forum 2027 is a Industry & Manufacturing event taking place 18-20 Jan 2027 at Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, Orlando, United States.

The A3 Business Forum is the Association for Advancing Automation's annual executive gathering, held at the start of each year so leaders from robotics, machine vision, motion control, AI and industrial automation companies can read the economic and market forces ahead. Attendance is limited to employees of A3 member companies, and the whole programme runs inside one resort in Orlando, with more than 700 automation leaders expected.
