About this event

AAHAR, The International Food and Hospitality Fair, is organised by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), the Government of India's apex trade promotion body under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry. Reaching its 41st edition in 2027, the fair occupies almost every hall of Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi and brings food and beverage suppliers and hospitality businesses together under one roof.

What's covered

As its name says, AAHAR covers two halves of one supply chain: food and beverages, and the hospitality trade that buys them, from hotels and restaurants to caterers.

Scale and venue

ITPO has booked the full exhibition campus for the 2027 edition: Halls 1 to 6, 8–9–10, 11, 12, 12A and 14 on both ground and first floors at Bharat Mandapam, the exhibition and convention centre at Pragati Maidan that ITPO runs. Bharat Mandapam is reached by Delhi Metro, with Pragati Maidan and Supreme Court stations nearby.
