When does registration open?

Registration opens November 2, 2026. Early bird pricing ends December 6, 2026, and advance pricing and the cancellation deadline end January 24, 2027. Maritz is the official registration provider.

What are the exhibit hall hours?

Industry exhibits are open 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday and 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. on Friday. Attendee registration opens at 7:00 a.m. each day.

Are Instructional Course Lectures included?

Yes. For 2027, ICLs are included with registration and have been shortened to one hour.

About This Event

AAOS 2027 Annual Meeting is a Healthcare event taking place 3-6 Mar 2027 at The Venetian Convention and Expo Center, Las Vegas, United States.

The AAOS Annual Meeting is the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons' yearly gathering of the orthopaedic community for education, hands-on learning, networking and the latest clinical technology. The 2027 edition in Las Vegas introduces a shorter Wednesday-to-Saturday format that AAOS says was shaped by attendee feedback.

What's new for 2027

AAOS has made four changes to the meeting format for this edition.

Instructional Course Lectures (ICLs) included with registration
Shorter, one-hour ICLs with less overlap and dedicated exhibit hall time
A streamlined four-day meeting

Programme

AAOS education and the exhibit hall run Wednesday through Friday, with Specialty Society Programs on Saturday. OrthoLive programming moves into the exhibit hall for 2027.

Exhibit hall

Industry exhibits are open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, with a Happy Hour in the Hall on one afternoon. Attendees can compare technologies side by side and talk directly with product experts.
