APAS Show 2027

APAS Show is billed as the largest food and beverage event in the Americas and the world's largest supermarket trade gathering. Organised by APAS, the São Paulo State Supermarket Association, it brings together retail leaders, manufacturers, retailers and specialists for four days of business, networking and knowledge at Expo Center Norte. The 2027 edition is the 40th.

Exhibition

Food and beverage manufacturers and suppliers to food retail use the show to present launches to supermarket buyers, and the organiser runs a business connection programme to match exhibitors with retailers. Brands present new products, technologies and consumer experiences across the halls.

International Supermarket Congress

The APAS Show congress features national and international experts on digital transformation, consumer behaviour, sustainability, management and leadership in modern retail. At recent editions it ran in the mornings, before the exhibition opened.
