EXPO REAL 2027

EXPO REAL is the international trade fair for real estate, investment and infrastructure, held every October at Messe München. It is where Europe's property industry meets to close deals and take stock of the market: project developers, investors and fund managers, banks and financiers, architects and planners, corporate real estate managers and the economic development agencies of cities and regions.

Who exhibits and attends

Exhibitors span the whole real estate value chain, from developers and asset managers to consultancies, financing institutions and city and regional pavilions. Visitors are industry professionals looking for investment opportunities, partners and financing.

• Project developers and builders
• Institutional investors, fund and asset managers
• Banks and real estate financiers
• Cities, regions and economic development agencies
• Architects, planners and consultants
• Corporate real estate and facility managers

What's covered

The conference programme runs alongside the exhibition and reflects where the market stands: investment and financing conditions, housing supply and affordability, infrastructure, the energy and climate transition of buildings, and digitalisation of the industry.
