Fispal Food Service 2027

Fispal Food Service is South America's leading foodservice event, bringing together suppliers of equipment, technologies, ingredients and services for restaurants, bars, bakeries and industrial kitchens. It runs alongside Fispal Sorvetes, which gathers machinery, ingredient and solution suppliers for ice cream shops, gelaterias and the ice cream industry. The 2027 edition moves the four-day show to Distrito Anhembi in São Paulo and is organised by Informa Markets.

Opening hours

The show opens from 11 am to 8 pm Tuesday to Thursday and from 11 am to 7 pm on Friday.
