Fispal Tecnologia 2027

Fispal Tecnologia is South America's largest technology event for the food and beverage industry. Held at São Paulo Expo and organised by Informa Markets, it showcases solutions in processing, automation, logistics and packaging for food and drink manufacturers, and has run alongside TecnoCarne, the show for the meat and protein processing chain.

Suppliers present machinery and technology across the production line, from processing equipment and industrial automation to packaging, labelling and intralogistics, with launches timed for the four-day show.

Production, engineering, maintenance, quality, packaging and purchasing professionals from food and beverage manufacturers, along with industry executives looking for innovation and suppliers. Visitors under 16 are not admitted.

Key figures

The 2026 edition, held together with TecnoCarne, brought together more than 48,000 visitors and more than 500 exhibitors across 58,000 m² at São Paulo Expo, with over 40 hours of content.
