About this event

Food & Drink Expo is a trade-only meeting place for buyers and suppliers from retail, wholesale, foodservice, manufacturing and hospitality, focused on growing sales, improving margins and discovering new products. It is the lead event of The UK Food & Drink Shows at NEC Birmingham, which in 2027 also include Farm Shop & Deli Show, National Convenience Show, Forecourt Show and Foodex Manufacturing Solutions.

What's on

In 2026 visitors met 1,200+ suppliers across The UK Food & Drink Shows. For 2027 a new Future Foods area within Food & Drink Expo spotlights health-led innovation: products that prioritise wellness, functionality and sustainability. Free seminar sessions, demonstrations, book signings and awards run throughout the show, and the show app lets visitors browse exhibitors and book meetings in advance.

Who attends

The event is open only to industry professionals and businesses in food and drink: retailers, foodservice and hospitality professionals, distributors and wholesalers, producers and manufacturers. All registrations are vetted and ID and trade checks are carried out on site.
