Online tickets are not yet available; you can join the visitor pre-registration list on the website. Tickets can also be obtained at the registration area at the fair.

About this event

Foodist Istanbul, the International Food & Beverage Products Exhibition, is organised by Tüyap Fairs Group and ALZ Fair with the support of the Turkish Food Platform (TFP). It brings Turkey's food producers and exporters together with international buyers under the umbrella of the country's main food sector bodies, including TİM's Cereals, Pulses, Oil Seeds and Products board, the exporters' associations, the TGDF food and drink federation and the out-of-home supplier association ETÜDER.

Foodist Forum and Show Kitchen

Alongside the exhibition, the Foodist Forum & Show Kitchen runs over all four days as a meeting point for industry agenda-setting, bringing gastronomy together with trade discussions. The organiser advertises 25 sessions with 76 speakers and chefs.

Buyers and scale

For its 2026 edition the organiser highlighted around 1,000 exhibitors, 2,000 VIP hosted buyers, 50 international buying delegations and visitors from 150 countries. Visitors and exhibitors can use Tüyap's MyTüyap app to plan meetings and access the fair digitally.
