Gastronomic Forum Barcelona 2026

Gastronomic Forum Barcelona is Fira de Barcelona's annual meeting point for professionals in gastronomy, hospitality and foodservice, combining an exhibition of food products and suppliers with a programme led by leading chefs. For 2026 the event moves to a new home in Hall 1 of the Gran Via venue, under the theme "Revisiting tradition".

Stages and spaces

The programme runs across the event's own rooms and partner spaces.

• Auditorium: main stage with tiered seating, some talks with tastings
• Workshop: live cooking sessions with tasting of the dishes
• Forum Lab: debates, live cooking, baking activities, competitions and prizes
• El Rebost de Catalunya: Catalan agri-food producers, promoted by the provincial councils of Barcelona, Girona and Lleida with Prodeca
• Organic and local producers space with Fundación Restaurantes Sostenibles
• Makro live cooking sessions on food trends

For exhibitors and buyers

Exhibitors present new products to chefs, restaurateurs and buyers and can enter the InnoForum awards for product innovation. A Key Buyer programme brings purchasing decision-makers, and entry is restricted to sector professionals.

Key figures

In 2025 the event gathered 350 exhibitors, 17,800 professional visitors, 100 showcookings and talks, 130 speakers and 50 chefs holding 52 Michelin stars between them.
