IQDEX 2027

IQDEX, the Iraq International Defense Exhibition, is the country's leading defence and security show and one of the main defence exhibitions in the MENA region. The 14th edition is held under the patronage of the Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, with the support of the Ministries of Defence, Interior and Trade, giving manufacturers direct access to Iraq's armed forces and security agencies.

Exhibition zones

The show is organised into five domain-focused zones covering the full defence and security spectrum.

• Aerospace: aircraft, UAVs, air defence and avionics
• Land: military vehicles, armoured systems and ground equipment
• Naval: warships, maritime security and underwater defence
• Security: cybersecurity, intelligence, surveillance and counter-terrorism
• Joint Operations: integrated multi-domain defence technologies

Who attends

IQDEX brings together government departments, armed forces, security agencies, embassies, international defence manufacturers and Iraqi companies. Alongside the exhibition, expert-led conferences and strategy sessions cover Iraq's defence and security market.
