IWA OutdoorClassics 2027

IWA OutdoorClassics is the world's leading exhibition for the hunting and target sports industry, held every year at the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg by NürnbergMesse. It is strictly a trade event: manufacturers present guns, ammunition, optics, knives, clothing and outdoor equipment to specialist retailers, distributors, buyers and media in a protected business setting, with no direct sales. The 2026 edition counted more than 25,000 trade visitors from 121 countries and 1,050 exhibitors from 49 countries.

Who can attend

Only qualified trade visitors are admitted, with proof of industry affiliation: retailers, online shops and gunsmiths, wholesalers and distributors, buyers, manufacturers and suppliers, shooting-range operators, private security companies, association board members, authorities, educational institutions and media. Private individuals and under-18s are not admitted (except 16 to 18-year-old trainees accompanied by an adult).
