January 31 to February 2, 2027 (Sunday to Tuesday). Hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on January 31 and February 1, and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on February 2.

How much does it cost to attend?

Registration is free for qualified buyers. Suppliers to the trade and non-exhibiting manufacturers pay a fee, and children under 16 accompanied by a registered attendee are charged $65.

How long does credential approval take?

Up to 10 business days from the date the last credential is uploaded. The show is trade-only, and registrants who don't qualify may not receive a badge.

Are rolling bags allowed?

No. Luggage, rolling bags and strollers are not allowed on the show floor; the Javits Center offers coat and bag check in the Crystal Palace.

About This Event

NY NOW Winter Market 2027 is a Lifestyle & Tourism event taking place 31 Jan - 2 Feb 2027 at Javits Center, New York, United States.

NY NOW is the long-running wholesale market for gift, home and lifestyle products, held at the Javits Center in Manhattan. Under new owner Rockview Management Group, the show is being rebuilt season by season around order writing and discovery, with a remerchandised floor that sits between the very large national markets and small boutique fairs. The Winter 2027 edition runs Sunday to Tuesday and is again co-located with NOTED, the Greeting Card Association's expo.

The floor is organised into three divisions.

Gift & Lifestyle: gift and novelty, fragrance and personal care, jewelry and fashion accessories, stationery and publishing, baby and toy
Home: tabletop and housewares, textiles, decorative accessories, garden and area rugs
Handmade: a new curated division with Designer/Maker and Global Design collections

NY NOW is open to the trade and press only, and buyers must upload credentials to qualify. It draws buyers from the Northeast and beyond.

NOTED: The Greeting Card Expo

The Greeting Card Association's annual NOTED event co-locates with NY NOW, bringing greeting card publishers, artists and retailers together in what the association calls the largest gathering of greeting card makers in North America.
