RDA Group Travel Expo 2027

The RDA Group Travel Expo is the leading trade and order exhibition for coach and group tourism in Europe. Run by RDA Expo GmbH for the International Coach Tourism Federation (RDA), it brings destinations, hotels, attractions and service providers to Cologne to sell to coach companies, tour operators and group-travel organisers. The 2027 edition takes place in Hall 1 of Koelnmesse.

Who can attend

It is a strictly trade event. Only buyers from bus companies, tour operators and self-organising travel agencies are admitted as trade visitors, and tickets are issued after verification by RDA Expo GmbH.

What is on show

Exhibitors present new travel ideas and destinations, accommodation and attractions for groups, digital marketing solutions and industry trends. Each edition features a partner region, and the RDA TrendForum stage covers topics such as AI in coach tourism, travel law, tax and electric coaches (German-language talks in 2026).

Networking

The RDA Expo Night on the first evening, held at the Rheinterrassen on the Rhine in 2026, is one of the sector's main networking events, with around 800 guests expected that year.

Key figures

The 2026 edition was fully booked two months ahead, with over 350 exhibitors from 25 countries; the 2025 anniversary edition drew 340 exhibitors from 27 nations and 2,500 participants.
