10 am to 6 pm each day. The nightlife section is open 10 am to 9 pm on 14 and 15 July.

About this event

Restaurant Asia is the International Restaurant, Kitchen & Culinary Equipment & Supplies Exhibition, co-organised by IEG Asia with the Restaurant Association of Singapore. The 2027 edition runs alongside SIGEP Asia, Italian Exhibition Group's foodservice show for gelato, pastry, chocolate, bakery and coffee, giving buyers the whole Ho.Re.Ca. supply chain under one roof.

Competitions and features

The 2026 edition of SIGEP Asia hosted the Gelato World Cup Asia Selection, Bread in the City Asia Selection with the Singapore Bakery and Confectionery Trade Association, the Singapore National Coffee Championships, a Chocolate Pavilion and a Technology & Innovation Pavilion focused on AI, smart POS and food-waste management. A hosted buyers programme brings in qualified buyers.
