Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2027

Speciality & Fine Food Fair has been the UK's showcase for artisan and speciality food and drink for more than 26 years, connecting producers with buyers from retail, hospitality, foodservice, manufacturing, import and export and wholesale. From 2027 the fair moves to ExCeL London as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, alongside IFE, IFE Manufacturing, HRC, The Pub Show, Hospitality Tech360 and International Salon Culinaire.

Beyond the stands of speciality producers, the fair runs its own features for exhibitors and buyers.

Who attends

The fair is industry-only. Buyers come from delis, farm shops, independent stores, garden centres, major retailers, wholesalers, cafes and hospitality groups. Co-location with Food, Drink & Hospitality Week opens the fair to buyers across the wider hospitality and foodservice supply chain.

Visitor verification

Food, Drink & Hospitality Week checks every registration for genuine trade status against the details provided, such as business email, job title, company and LinkedIn profile. Registering early with a business email is the quickest route to approval.

• Registration from 5 April 2027 — GBP 50: Plus VAT; onsite or late registration
