How much does it cost to attend?

In the standard window (Aug 29–Oct 9) the Explorer expo pass is $69 ($99 onsite), Explorer Plus is $249, a 1-Day conference pass is $1,045 and the All Access Pass is $2,295. Student Explorer passes are free.

No. For safety, insurance and security reasons, no one under 18 is allowed in the expo halls or conference rooms, and there is no childcare onsite.

What is the cancellation policy?

Paid Explorer pass registrations are non-refundable. Conference cancellations from September 15, 2026 carry a $150 fee; you can instead send a substitute for a $50 transfer fee.
