The UAE's finance and fintech calendar peaks in November and December. As of 13 October 2026, atndr lists 28 upcoming events in the UAE whose main category is finance or fintech. Sixteen of them start in November 2026 and six in December. Dubai hosts 22 of the 28, Abu Dhabi four, and Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah one each.

Which UAE finance and fintech events are worth attending?
Pick by audience first. The UAE's finance events split into five groups, and the right one depends on whether you raise capital, sell technology to banks, work in digital assets or follow a specialist field.
Capital, private markets and family wealth
SuperReturn Middle East 2026 runs 13–15 October 2026 at The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC. It is built for meetings between limited partners (LPs, the investors in funds) and general partners (GPs, the fund managers). The organizer expects 450+ attendees, including 200+ LPs and 150+ GPs, for 2026. Bloomberg Invest Dubai 2026 is a half-day, request-to-attend programme on 12 November 2026 at the One&Only Royal Mirage, themed on family offices and the future of wealth. IPEM Future 2026 (3 November, DIFC Atrium) pairs venture and growth fund managers with LPs, and Dubai Family Wealth Summit 2026 (5 November) covers family wealth. In Abu Dhabi, The Private Wealth & Funds Forum 2026 runs on 10 December, during ADFW.
Fintech, banking and payments
The Dubai FinTech Summit 2026 is DIFC's own event and the largest fintech gathering of the season, on 2–3 November 2026 at Madinat Jumeirah. It is in its fourth edition, and the organizer cites 10,000+ business leaders, 1,000+ investors and 200+ exhibitors and partners. Fintech Abu Dhabi is the 9 December forum inside Abu Dhabi Finance Week 2026. For merchant payments, Seamless Middle East 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre brings payment providers, banks and retailers together; it runs alongside Seamless Fintech. Insurers have GAIP InsureTek Dubai 2026 (4–5 November), Middle East Insurance CFO Summit 2026 (23–24 November) and the 13th Middle East Insurance Industry Awards 2026 (25 November).
Digital assets, crypto and tokenisation
Early December is the digital-asset cluster. Blockchain Life 2026 (1–2 December 2026, Festival Arena) is a large crypto forum with an expo floor; the organizer lists 100+ side events from 27 November to 6 December. Proof of Talk Abu Dhabi 2026 (3–4 December, Louvre Abu Dhabi) is application-only and capped at 2,000 decision-makers. GITEX Future Digital Assets Forum (FDX) 2026 (8–10 December) joins GITEX Global in 2026 and runs an invite-only digital assets forum. In spring, TOKEN2049 Dubai 2027 runs 21–22 April 2027 at Madinat Jumeirah; the organizer expects 15,000+ attendees from 4,000+ companies. For regulators and banks, the Future Tokenisation Forum 2026 (5 November) is run by DIFC with the DFSA and VARA.

Dubai or Abu Dhabi: which finance week should you go to?
Go to Dubai in early November for fintech, venture and private capital, and to Abu Dhabi in December for asset management and capital markets. The two weeks are five weeks apart, so you can attend both in one season.
| Dubai Future Finance Week | Abu Dhabi Finance Week | |
|---|---|---|
| Host | DIFC | ADGM |
| 2026 dates | Early November, anchored by the summit on 2–3 Nov | 7–10 December |
| Main venues | Madinat Jumeirah, DIFC, Jumeirah Mina Al Salam | Al Maryah Island (ADGM Square, The Grand Steps) |
| Format | Many separate forums, each with its own registration | One ticket covers the week's flagship forums |
| Strongest on | Fintech, tokenisation, Islamic finance, private capital | Asset management, fintech, sustainable finance, dispute resolution |
ADFW runs one flagship forum a day after its opening day: Asset Abu Dhabi on 8 December, Fintech Abu Dhabi and RESOLVE (dispute resolution) on 9 December, and the Abu Dhabi Sustainable Finance Forum on 10 December. The organizer reports 35,000 participants, 800+ speakers and 390+ sessions for its 2025 edition.
In Dubai, DIFC describes Future Finance Week as a curated series of events anchored by the Dubai FinTech Summit, and each forum is booked separately. For the wider business calendar in each city, see business events in Dubai and business events in Abu Dhabi.
How much do UAE finance and fintech event passes cost?
Prices range from free expo passes to USD 10,000 executive passes, and several events admit only by application. Check the format before you budget.
- Dubai FinTech Summit 2026: Conference Pass USD 999; VIP Pass and VIP Investor Pass USD 1,999 each; an Expo Pass is free, but the organizer says it is not for solution providers in fintech or financial services.
- Abu Dhabi Finance Week 2026: Single Day USD 500 (one flagship forum); Full Week USD 1,000; Executive USD 10,000, which adds the opening ceremony and the Abu Dhabi Economic Forum. A separate RESOLVE pass is USD 500. All prices include VAT.
- By request or application: Bloomberg Invest Dubai asks guests to request to attend. Proof of Talk Abu Dhabi approves every guest and sells no tickets. Ethical Finance GCC uses a register-of-interest process in 2026.
- Investor routes: SuperReturn Middle East runs a separate free route for qualifying LPs; fund managers and service providers pay.
- Crypto shows: TOKEN2049 Dubai and Blockchain Life sell paid tickets; TOKEN2049 had super early bird tickets on sale in October 2026.
Book hotels early for the first week of November and the second week of December, when several events overlap.
How do you choose the right finance event?
Choose by the people you need to meet, then by format. A short list helps:
- Who is in the room? LP-heavy meetings (SuperReturn, IPEM Future) suit fund managers. Regulator and bank audiences (Dubai FinTech Summit, Future Tokenisation Forum) suit fintech firms seeking licences or bank partners.
- Conference or show floor? Summits sell access to sessions and closed-door rooms. Exhibitions such as iFX EXPO and Seamless Middle East are for finding suppliers and buyers. See conference, exhibition, summit or workshop.
- Open or curated? Invitation-only events (Bloomberg Invest, Proof of Talk) give fewer but more senior conversations. Apply early.
- Stack the week. In Dubai, the Future Finance Week forums listed on atndr run back to back from 2 to 5 November. In Abu Dhabi, Proof of Talk, ADFW and the Global Trading Show fall within eight days.
- Book meetings before you land. Most of these events run matchmaking apps; the Dubai FinTech Summit pass includes app matchmaking.
