Egypt Stitch & Tex Expo 2026, the 24th edition of the international exhibition for textile and garment machinery, printing technology and accessories, took place from 24 to 27 September at the Cairo International Convention Centre, alongside Cairo Textile Week. Maha Saleh, Egypt's Assistant Minister of Industry for Industrial Policies, and Turkey's ambassador to Egypt, Salih Mutlu Şen, opened the show. Machinery makers including Rieter, Saurer and Barmag exhibited alongside Chinese, Turkish and European companies, showing spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing lines and automation for textile manufacturers.
