18th Annual HRM Summit 2026

The HRM Summit is a long-running HR gathering in Bahrain, now in its 18th year, run by the Manama-based events company Roshcomm. The 2026 edition combines a conference day of keynotes and executive panels, a second day of hands-on masterclasses, an exhibition of HR products and services, and the HRM Awards, which recognise HR teams, projects and individuals across more than 50 categories.

What's on the agenda

The 2026 programme centres on how AI and automation are changing work, leadership and the HR function across the Gulf. Day one runs keynotes, executive panels and small-group roundtables; day two is given over to practical masterclasses.

Who attends

The summit is aimed at HR directors, CHROs, talent and learning leaders, HR consultants and HR technology providers from Bahrain and the wider region. The organiser describes its community as 3,000+ HR leaders from more than 20 countries across its editions.

HRM Awards

The awards programme is judged by an industry jury and covers individuals, organisations, projects, teams and products, with only one award per category per country. For 2026, the entry deadline is 30 September and winners are announced at the gala dinner on 13 October.
