4th Qatar Real Estate Forum 2026

The Qatar Real Estate Forum is the property sector conference of Qatar's Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat). Its fourth edition, themed "Stability as an Asset Class", spends three days at DECC on Qatar's investment case: ministerial and regulatory keynotes, developer dialogues, and panels on financing, REITs, tokenization and the liveability that underpins long-term property values.

Programme

Sessions run on a Main Stage, with a separate Innovation Stage. Each day has its own focus, from the national investment outlook on day one to investor strategy on day two and liveability on day three.

Speakers

The 2026 programme names Prof. Carlos Moreno, the urbanist behind the 15-minute city concept, with a signature keynote on liveability as an investment strategy, and H.E. Sheikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani opening the regional outlook.
