What is the difference between the pass types?

The All Access Pass includes the full educational program, including technical sessions, workshops, Grid University, roundtables, networking events and PDH eligibility. The Expo-Only Pass covers the exhibit hall and limited sessions. Pricing depends on whether you register as a utility, general attendee or solution provider.

Can I earn professional development hours?

Yes. All Access badge holders who attend Grid University (4-hour certificate) and/or the technical conference program (18-hour certificate) receive PDH certificates after completing the post-show survey.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations received in writing by January 8, 2027 are refunded minus a $110 administrative charge. After that date no refunds are available, but substitutions can be made at any time.

All Access attendees, students and committee members receive $20 lunch vouchers Monday through Wednesday. Expo-only, speaker and press badges do not include lunch, which can be added during registration.
