European Hydrogen Week 2026

European Hydrogen Week is the main annual gathering of Europe's hydrogen sector, organised by the industry association Hydrogen Europe in Brussels. The 2026 edition runs under the title 'Scaling Hydrogen, Strengthening Resilience' and brings EU commissioners, national ministers, industry leaders and researchers together around a policy conference, two forums and a large exhibition in halls 7 and 11 of Brussels Expo.

Programme

The week combines several formats, with the main conference, forums and exhibition running from Tuesday to Thursday and site visits closing the week.

Who attends

Hydrogen producers, electrolyser and fuel-cell manufacturers, energy utilities, industrial off-takers, transport and mobility companies, investors, researchers and policymakers from EU institutions, member states and regions. Announced 2026 speakers include EU Commissioner for Energy and Housing Dan Jørgensen, EU Commissioner for the Mediterranean Dubravka Šuica, Portugal's Minister of Environment and Energy Maria da Graça Carvalho and Hydrogen Europe CEO Jorgo Chatzimarkakis.

Exhibition and partners

The exhibition floor gathers companies from across the hydrogen value chain, and booth parties run on the Monday and Tuesday evenings. Supporters listed for 2026 include thyssenkrupp nucera, Air Liquide, ENGIE, RWE, Snam and Yara. Attendance is free of charge for all pass types, with registration required in advance.
