Gulfood Manufacturing 2026

Gulfood Manufacturing is DWTC's trade exhibition for the food and beverage production industry, covering everything a factory needs from raw ingredients to finished, packed and shipped goods. The 2026 edition is themed around powering food security through manufacturing innovation and runs alongside ISM Middle East, GulfHost and Private Label Middle East, creating one food manufacturing, retail and hospitality marketplace across the Dubai World Trade Centre halls.

Five show sectors

The exhibition is split into sectors, with Processing & Packaging and Ingredients occupying separate hall clusters.

• Ingredients: colours, emulsifiers, enzymes, flavours, stabilisers, sweeteners, yeast
• Processing: inspection, thermal, milling, forming, cutting and lab systems
• Packaging: bottling and canning, aseptic, flow wrapping, form-fill-seal, tray sealing
• Automation & Control: robotics, IIoT, digital twins, SCADA, image recognition
• Supply Chain: warehousing, cold storage, conveyors, AGVs, traceability

On the show floor

Alongside the stands, visitors can join the FoodTech Summit with 100+ international speakers, curated Innovation Tours of the most advanced technologies, global product launches and the Industry Excellence Awards.

Who attends

Procurement leaders, engineers, R&D teams, plant managers, logistics specialists and policymakers from the food and beverage manufacturing sector. Entry is strictly for trade and business professionals; the general public and anyone under 21 are not admitted.

The 2025 edition drew 61,907 industry professionals and 2,500+ exhibitors from 79 countries across 21 halls.
