The fair is open from 10:00 to 18:00 on all four days. Entrances are via Hall 1 and Hall 8.

Yes, if you have a registration code from an exhibitor, you can register online for a free visit. Without one, you can buy a ticket at the box office for EUR 70 on showing a business card proving you work in hospitality.

Is a ticket valid for several days?

No, each ticket can be used once. Visiting on several days requires several registration codes.

How do I get there by public transport?

Take the train to Gent-Sint-Pieters station, then tram 1 to Flanders Expo. Drivers are advised to use the park-and-ride sites.
