LEAP 2027

LEAP is an annual global technology event in Riyadh that combines a multi-stage conference, a large-scale exhibition and investment-focused programming. Launched in 2022 in line with Saudi Vision 2030's digital transformation goals, it is organised by Tahaluf with founding partners the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and SAFCSP. The 2027 edition runs over four days at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre in Malham, with DeepFest, the region's dedicated AI event, running alongside it.

LEAP is a professional B2B event (18+) that brings the international tech ecosystem together in one place: enterprise leaders, global tech brands, startup founders, investors, engineers, government officials and international delegations. Dedicated passes exist for founders, qualified investors, students and verified media.

Startups and investment

Startups and scaleups are part of the core programme. The Rocket Fuel pitch competition is LEAP's flagship startup initiative with equity-free prize money, and the 2027 passes add a Matchmaking Zone, founder-only bootcamps and mixers, a Startup Clinic, LP/GP closed-door sessions and an Investor Lounge for qualified investors.
