How much is a Full Conference pass?

$1,795 through October 16, $2,295 from October 17 to January 29, $2,495 from January 29 to February 28 and $2,595 onsite. Teams of five or more pay a flat $900 per person.

Are there cheaper passes?

Yes. Government and non-profit attendees pay from $895; the Keynote & Expo pass is $395–$595; and the new Expo Access pass is $245–$395. The last two are not valid for vendors or service providers.

Can vendors attend without exhibiting?

Non-exhibiting technology providers, consultants and service providers must buy a $4,995 Non-Exhibiting Vendor pass.

What is the cancellation policy?

Substitutions are allowed at any time. Written cancellations received by January 30, 2027 are refunded less a 25% fee; after that the full fee is forfeited.
