What are the Expo hours?

Thursday 18 February 10 am–5 pm, Friday 19 February 8:30 am–5 pm and Saturday 20 February 8:30 am–12:30 pm. The show closes at 1:30 pm on Saturday.

How much is registration?

NADA/ATD member dealers and managers pay $709 at the early-bird rate (ends 2 October), rising to $1,009 onsite. Non-member dealers and OEM attendees start at $979, and allied industry attendees at $1,199. Day passes are not offered.

Anyone who owns, operates or works in the franchised new-car dealership industry, plus allied industry and OEM attendees. The show is not open to the general public.

Is the Welcome Reception included?

It is included for NADA member dealers and managers and international affiliates. Others can buy a ticket for $279.

About This Event

NADA Show 2027 is a Business & Management event taking place 17-20 Feb 2027 at Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, United States.

The NADA Show is the National Automobile Dealers Association's annual convention and expo for the people who own, run and work in franchised new-car dealerships. Over four days in Orlando, the 2027 edition combines Main Stage keynotes, a large education programme, franchise meetings with the automakers and an expo of products and services for dealerships. It is not open to the general public.

Main Stage speakers

Each morning from Thursday to Saturday opens on the Main Stage at 8:45 am, with the chairman's addresses and the TIME Dealer of the Year on Friday.

Expo and franchise meetings

The NADA Expo is open Thursday to Saturday in the West Concourse, with a Product Discovery Stage and Best Booth Awards. Automakers hold franchise meetings for their dealers across the week, among them Toyota, Ford, Stellantis, BMW, Honda and Chevrolet.

Networking

The Welcome Reception takes place at Universal Epic Universe on Wednesday evening, and a Foundation Auction runs on Friday.
