National Restaurant Association Show 2027

The National Restaurant Association Show is the annual gathering of the restaurant, foodservice and hospitality industries in Chicago. Over four days at McCormick Place, operators, chefs, managers and buyers walk a show floor of food, beverage, equipment and technology suppliers, and pick up ideas from classroom sessions, theatre programming and culinary demos.

The show is for professionals across the industry, from front-line restaurant and hotel staff to executives. No one under 16 is admitted to the show floor, and 16–18 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
