Indoor exhibits at the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall (300 Convention Center Drive) are open Tuesday, Oct. 20 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 21 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday, Oct. 22 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Where is the Aircraft Connection?

At Henderson Executive Airport (HND), 3500 Executive Terminal Drive, Henderson, open Oct. 20 from 1 to 5 p.m. and Oct. 21 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

How much does registration cost?

Full registration is $580 for NBAA members and $900 for non-members from Sept. 15 to Oct. 19, rising to $710 and $1,030 on site. A Last Day Only badge for Oct. 22 costs $170. Discounted military and student options are available.

What does full registration include?

Exhibits Oct. 20–22, the Aircraft Connection, education sessions, the Career Zone and Career Fair, the Sustainability Summit, safety events, the Small Operator Symposium and networking receptions.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be emailed to registration@nbaa.org by Oct. 9, 2026, with a $50 processing fee. There are no refunds after Oct. 9, but name substitutions are allowed before badges are printed.

About This Event

NBAA-BACE 2026 is a Industrial Engineering event taking place 20-22 Oct 2026 at Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, United States.

The NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) is the National Business Aviation Association's yearly meeting point for everyone who builds, flies, maintains and buys business aircraft. The 2026 edition fills the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center with indoor exhibits and education, while the outdoor Aircraft Connection at Henderson Executive Airport lets attendees tour the latest jets, turboprops and helicopters.

Aircraft Connection

The reimagined outdoor showcase at Henderson Executive Airport opens on the afternoon of October 20 and all day October 21. Aircraft already confirmed for 2026 come from OEMs and operators including Boeing Business Jets, Bombardier, Dassault Aviation, Gulfstream, Honda Aircraft Company, Pilatus, Piper, Textron Aviation and Epic Aircraft. Boarding is managed by each exhibitor, and appointments are recommended.

New Horizon Stage

For 2026, a first-ever Horizon Stage on the exhibit floor hosts headline conversations and awards. It opens with The Launch on October 20, including a tribute to Steven F. Udvar-Hazy, who receives NBAA's Meritorious Service to Aviation Award, and a fireside chat with Ross Perot Jr. The stage also hosts the NBAA Flying Safety Awards and the PitchAv startup showdown.
