What does registration cost?

Early Bird registration is $1,020 through September 30, Standard registration is $1,095 from October 1 through February 28, and Walk-Up registration is $1,450 on March 1–3 if not sold out. There are no exhibit-hall-only or one-day passes.

What does a registration include?

Admission to all Plastics Recycling Conference, Resource Recycling Conference and Textile Recovery Summit sessions, the exhibit hall, the conference app, hosted receptions and meals, and conference materials such as the attendee list and presentation PDFs. Lodging and airfare are not included.

What is the daily schedule?

Registration opens at 7:30 AM on Monday, March 1, with workshops, meetings, the opening plenary at 1:30 PM and the exhibit hall grand opening reception from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Tuesday runs a full day of plenary and concurrent sessions, and the event closes with a plenary and wrap-up ending at noon on Wednesday, March 3. The schedule is subject to change.

About This Event

Plastics Recycling Conference 2027 is a Energy & Environment event taking place 1-3 Mar 2027 at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, National Harbor, United States.

Three conferences, one registration

Registration includes the Resource Recycling Conference, which covers the broader recycling stream (composting, reuse and repair, EPR compliance, stream quality), and the Textile Recovery Summit on textiles circularity. Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR) members can also add the APR Spring Member Meeting.

Exhibit hall and networking

The shared exhibit hall features 250+ partner companies showing recycling technologies, equipment and circular economy solutions. The exhibit hall grand opening and welcome reception takes place on the evening of Monday, March 1, with a further reception on Tuesday, March 2 and hosted meal functions throughout.
