13 to 17 December 2026 at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre in Muscat. The main congress days are 14 to 16 December; 13 and 17 December are workshop days.

How much does registration cost?

Standard fees (11 October to 30 November 2026) are OMR 85 for physicians, OMR 45 for nurses, allied health professionals, residents and healthcare administrators, and OMR 25 for students and unemployed graduates. Late and on-site fees are higher. Workshops are booked separately.

Is the congress CME accredited?

Yes, scientific sessions carry CME credits accredited by the Oman Medical Specialty Board (OMSB).

Can I visit only the exhibition?

Yes, exhibition-only registration is free, but it does not include congress sessions, workshops or coffee breaks.

About this event

The Royal Hospital International Congress (RHIC) is a multidisciplinary medical congress organised by The Royal Hospital in Muscat under the patronage of Oman's Ministry of Health. The 2026 edition gathers clinicians, researchers, nurses, allied health professionals and healthcare managers from Oman and abroad for three congress days of OMSB CME-accredited scientific sessions, framed by pre- and post-congress workshops and a healthcare exhibition.

Programme

Sunday 13 and Thursday 17 December are hands-on workshop days. The main congress runs 14 to 16 December with the opening ceremony, keynotes, plenaries, parallel scientific tracks, research and poster presentations.
