SIBCON 2026 - Singapore International Bunkering Conference and Exhibition

SIBCON, the Singapore International Bunkering Conference and Exhibition, is organised by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore and is widely regarded as the leading global platform for marine fuels and bunkering. The 24th edition returns in 2026 under the theme "Charting a Resilient Multi-Fuel Future", in the world's largest bunkering port.

Programme

Three days of content examine geopolitical developments, regulation, digitalisation and decarbonisation in a multi-fuel market. A pre-conference symposium on 13 October is followed by the two-day main conference on 14 and 15 October, alongside an exhibition.

• Pre-Conference Symposium (13 October): standards for bunker sampling, LNG and ammonia bunkering, and the Singapore Form for methanol bunkering

Shipowners and operators, fuel suppliers and traders, port authorities, classification societies, technology providers and decarbonisation specialists. The 2026 speaker line-up includes executives from A.P. Moller - Maersk, CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd, ONE, NYK Line, MOL, Shell, bp, ExxonMobil, TotalEnergies and Vitol, with Senior Minister of State Murali Pillai SC as Guest of Honour.
