SIMEC 2027 - Saudi International Marine Exhibition

SIMEC, the Saudi International Marine Exhibition, is a specialised trade show for the Kingdom's aquaculture, fisheries, seafood and algae sectors. Organised by City Events, the 2027 edition runs from 28 to 30 March 2027 at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center and ties into Vision 2030 food-security targets, in which aquaculture is a growing pillar.

Exhibition sectors

The show floor is organised around four sectors.

• Aquaculture: technology, inland and marine fish farms, equipment, training, universities
• Feed
• Fisheries: fishing boats, fishing tools, port construction
• Seafood: fresh and frozen fish exporters and importers, food processing and packaging
• Algae: algae technology and environmental consulting

Beyond the exhibition

The programme adds specialised workshops led by industry and research experts, a Master Class with chef-led cooking and tasting using marine ingredients, an aquaculture products pavilion showing live farmed fish and shrimp, and a hosted-buyer business meetings programme that schedules B2B meetings between exhibitors and buyers.
