Singapore International Energy Week 2026

Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW) is the annual energy gathering organised by the Energy Market Authority of Singapore, bringing energy professionals, policymakers, regulators and commentators together to share practice and solutions across the global energy system. The 2026 edition runs under the theme "Connecting Energy Systems, Powering Tomorrow", focusing on resilient regional grids, cross-border connectivity and the surging power demand from AI, data centres, electric vehicles and cooling.

Programme

SIEW 2026 spans five days of flagship and partner events. The SIEW Summit is expanded to two days this year, with evening receptions for the energy community, and the International Atomic Energy Agency joins SIEW for the first time.

What's covered

Discussions centre on energy security, grid resilience, regional grid integration, the evolving role of natural gas and low-carbon fuels, financing the transition, and next-generation technologies such as advanced nuclear, hydrogen, biomethane, geothermal and carbon capture, utilisation and storage.

Who attends

Government leaders and regulators, utilities and oil and gas companies, international organisations such as the IEA, IRENA and IAEA, technology providers, financiers, researchers and energy commentators from across Asia and beyond. In 2025, SIEW drew more than 23,000 onsite attendees from over 70 countries.
