Surf Expo is trade only: exhibiting manufacturers, qualified retailers and media. It is not open to the public, and children under 16 may attend only under specific exceptions.

Does it cost anything for buyers?

It is free for qualified retail buyers who register at least two weeks before the show. Onsite buyer registration is $25, and each buyer guest or team rider is $25 (up to four).

Can non-exhibiting brands attend?

Non-exhibiting manufacturers, reps and suppliers can apply for an NEM badge at $2,000 per person (maximum two per company), valid for one show, with no solicitation allowed.

OCCC parking is cashless; at recent shows it was $20 plus tax per standard vehicle and $40 plus tax for oversized vehicles, with no overnight parking.

Surf Expo September 2027 is a Lifestyle & Tourism event taking place 9-11 Sep 2027 at Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, United States.

Surf Expo is the largest and longest-running watersports and coastal outdoor lifestyle trade show, produced by Emerald twice a year in Orlando. The September edition connects apparel, swimwear, footwear, accessories and hardgoods brands with qualified retail buyers from surf shops, resorts, boutiques and gift and souvenir stores, who come to build their merchandise mix for the coming season. The show is trade only and not open to the public.
