How much does it cost to register?

Member wholesalers and associate members pay $1,925 early bird (by Oct 9, 2026), $2,075 general and $2,550 late. Non-member suppliers pay $2,350 / $2,500 / $2,775. Retailers attend free. Most fees include a first-night room credit at the Gaylord Texan.

Do I need to be a WSWA member?

No. Anyone in the beverage alcohol industry can attend or exhibit; members pay lower fees. First-time non-member wholesalers may qualify for a discounted rate.

What is the refund policy?

A full refund minus a $100 processing fee until October 9, 2026, 50% from October 10 to December 11, 2026, and no refunds after that.

What is the dress code?

Business casual or business attire. All events are indoors in air-conditioned spaces.

About This Event

WSWA Access LIVE 2027 is a Food & Beverages event taking place 1-4 Feb 2027 at Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, Grapevine, United States.

WSWA's Access LIVE, formerly the WSWA Annual Convention & Exposition, is the annual business gathering of the U.S. wine and spirits trade, hosted by Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America since 1943. It brings suppliers, distributors, retailers and service providers from all three tiers into one venue for product discovery, portfolio meetings, education and awards. The 2027 edition moves to the Gaylord Texan in the Dallas area, with programming, exhibits and events all under one roof.
