Bar & Restaurant Expo 2027

Bar & Restaurant Expo, the show formerly known as the Nightclub & Bar Show, is Questex's annual event for independent on-premise operators. The 2027 edition in the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center combines a conference programme of workshops and masterclasses with a two-day expo floor where operators can taste, test and compare products, equipment and technology.

The expo floor

The expo hall is open on March 23 and 24 and is organised into five pavilions so operators can find solutions faster.

Conference and stages

The conference programme uses hands-on workshops and masterclasses led by operators and industry experts, across food and beverage, technology, leadership, finance, operations and marketing. On the floor, the New, Now, Next Stage runs 15-minute product and solution showcases, and the BREx Talks Stage hosts short TED-style talks, live interviews, podcasts and awards.

Emerging Leaders Program

A dedicated education, mentorship and networking programme connects students aged 21+ and young professionals with operators, executives and mentors in the bar and restaurant industry.

The show is built for independent bar and restaurant owners, operators, chefs, bar managers and mixologists, along with the suppliers of food, beverage, equipment, technology and services to them.
