iba 2027

iba is the world's leading trade fair for the baking and confectionery industry, organised by GHM Gesellschaft für Handwerksmessen in Munich. The 2027 edition runs for five days at Messe München and gathers exhibitors from the artisan bakery, industrial production and trade sectors to show equipment, ingredients and solutions across the whole value chain. The organiser reports more than 1,100 exhibitors from 45 countries, over 60,000 visitors from 150 countries and more than 100,000 m² of exhibition space.
