About This Event

International Pizza Expo 2027 is a Food & Beverages event taking place 13-15 Apr 2027 at Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, United States.

International Pizza Expo is the pizza industry's biggest trade show, produced by Pizza Today and held in Las Vegas for more than 40 years. The 43rd edition fills the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall with ingredient, equipment and technology suppliers, while an education programme and a set of high-profile competitions run alongside the show floor.

Who attends

Pizzeria owners, operators and staff, from independents to multi-unit chains, plus the suppliers who serve them. It is a trade-only B2B event: visitors must document a professional trade affiliation, and no one under 16 is admitted.

Competitions

The show hosts two major contests.

International Pizza Challenge: pizza makers compete in divisions including Traditional, Non-Traditional, Neapolitan/STG, Pan, World's Best Cheese Slice and Classica
World Pizza Games: Freestyle Acrobatic Dough-Tossing, Fastest Dough, Largest Dough Stretch, Fastest Pizza Box Folding and Pizza Triathlon

Education and exhibition

Education sessions run April 11-15, 2027, with seminars and hands-on demos. The exhibit floor is open April 13-15 and showcases global suppliers of ingredients, ovens, equipment, packaging and technology for pizzerias.
