InterTabac 2027

InterTabac is the world's leading trade fair for tobacco products and smoking accessories, held every September at Messe Dortmund. Over three days, manufacturers and distributors from around 70 countries show their ranges to trade buyers from retail, wholesale and distribution, who come to evaluate new products, clarify delivery capabilities and plan their assortments. It is a trade-only event for visitors aged 18 and over.

Themed worlds

Exhibitors are grouped into themed worlds across twelve exhibition halls so buyers can compare offers in a small space.

• Cigars
• Cigarettes
• Pipes
• Tobacco products
• Smoking accessories
• RYO/MYO (roll and make your own)
• Water pipes and shisha
• Product range additions

Co-located events

InterTabac runs together with InterSupply, the trade fair for the manufacture of tobacco products, plus NUBIZ and CB Expo; a trade fair ticket gives access to all of them. A supporting programme of talks and panels covers regulation, sustainable production, international market dynamics and tobacco harm reduction, alongside networking formats.

Key figures

The organiser cites more than 800 exhibitors from around 70 countries, about 80 per cent of them from abroad, and 14,500 trade visitors from around 80 countries, roughly half of them international. Almost 90 per cent of visitors say they plan to return.
