Wednesday, October 7 and Thursday, October 8: New Exhibitor Area 10:30 am to 5:30 pm and main exhibits 11:30 am to 5:30 pm. Friday, October 9: all exhibits 9:00 am to 1:30 pm.

Where is the 2026 NACS Show held?

How much does registration cost?

Fees depend on business type and NACS membership. On-site rates (after September 26) are $655 for members and $905 for non-members for a buyer full conference pass, and $1,495 / $2,795 for a non-exhibiting supplier full conference pass.

Who qualifies for buyer registration?

Retailers and fuel marketers, convenience distributors, and fuel marketers or jobbers. Non-member companies must provide a business license or company URL; anyone else registers as a non-exhibiting supplier.

Attendees 16 and over must register and pay the attendee rate and be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children 15 and under attend free but need a badge and a signed waiver.

About This Event

NACS Show 2026 is a Food & Beverages event taking place 6-9 Oct 2026 at Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, United States.

The NACS Show is the annual gathering of the convenience and fuel retailing industry, run by the National Association of Convenience Stores. Over four days in Las Vegas, store owners, fuel marketers, distributors and suppliers combine education sessions and keynote general sessions with a large expo floor where they source new products, equipment and technology for c-stores.

The show is built around buyers from the convenience channel and the suppliers that serve them. NACS says the event attracts around 24,000 industry stakeholders from more than 60 countries, and buyer registrations are checked against business-type criteria.

The expo

Education and general sessions

More than 50 education sessions, selected by the member Convention Content Committee, cover customer experience, foodservice growth, technology and category management. Daily general sessions feature outside speakers alongside NACS leadership briefings on government relations issues such as swipe fees, fuels and age-restricted products.

Networking and side events

The programme includes a ticketed Kick-Off Party on the opening evening, the NACSPAC Lounge and NACS Foundation booth, and the Top Women in Convenience luncheon and awards gala hosted by Convenience Store News at Westgate Las Vegas on October 8.
