How much does a pass cost?

Prices depend on your organisation. Owner/Operator passes are $350 (exhibition) or $950 (all access) at the advanced rate until December 17, 2026; General passes are $550 / $1,199 and Solution Provider passes $850 / $1,399 at the advanced rate until January 17, 2027. Standard prices are $100 higher.

What is the cancellation policy?

Written cancellations received on or before November 12, 2026 are refunded minus a $110 administrative charge. No refunds after that, but substitutions can be made at any time.

Yes. Fill out the post-show survey sent on the last day of the event and your professional development hours certificate is emailed to you.

Can I bring a spouse or children?

A spouse can be added for $100. Children under 14 are not permitted; minors aged 15 and older may be approved case by case.

About This Event

POWERGEN 2027 is a Energy & Environment event taking place 18-21 Jan 2027 at Salt Palace Convention Center, Salt Lake City, United States.

POWERGEN is the annual meeting point for the North American power generation industry. With data-center load growth now the defining challenge, the 2027 edition in Salt Lake City brings utilities, independent power producers, EPCs and equipment makers together to work out how to deliver new megawatts faster, with a keynote stage, a technical conference programme and an exhibition hall of hundreds of suppliers. PacifiCorp is the 2027 host utility.
