SIAL Paris 2026

SIAL Paris is the biennial international food exhibition run by Comexposium and one of the defining meetings of the global food and beverage trade. Launched in 1964, it brings producers, importers, buyers, retailers and out-of-home catering professionals to Paris Nord Villepinte to launch products, find suppliers and read where the market is heading. The 2026 edition runs over five days in October.

Who attends

SIAL Paris is strictly reserved for trade visitors: manufacturers, importers and exporters, retail and wholesale buyers, foodservice and catering operators, and food industry media. Children under 16 are not admitted, even when accompanied, and every visitor must register in advance for a personal, non-transferable ticket.

What's on the show floor

The exhibition gathers food and beverage producers from around the world in product-sector halls and national pavilions. For 2026 the organizer highlights the Italian Pavilion by ITA, which brings 218 Italian food and beverage companies across Halls 1, 5B and 7.

SIAL Innovation and SIAL Insights

SIAL Innovation, now 30 years old, selects and showcases the most innovative new food products presented by exhibitors. SIAL Insights publishes market studies on consumer trends; its 2026 findings point to plant-based food moving beyond meat substitutes, along with affordability and snacking as growth areas.
