SIGEP World 2027

SIGEP World is Italian Exhibition Group's international trade show for the foodservice industry, reaching its 48th edition in January 2027. Five days in Rimini gather producers of ingredients, equipment and finished products with buyers from cafés, restaurants, hotels, retail chains and catering, around five core sectors that the show has led for decades, starting with artisan gelato.

Admission is reserved exclusively for trade professionals: foodservice operators, pastry chefs, gelato makers, bakers, pizza makers, baristas and roasters, distributors, importers and procurement managers from restaurant and hospitality groups worldwide. Minors may enter only with an adult.
